The CBD Group gathers personal information from you when you register for a customer account or a trade account with any of our stores. Any information that we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secure. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us.
When you place an order you will be asked for the following personal information: your name, e-mail address, billing address and delivery address, and phone numbers, so that we can process your order. We may share this information and only that information which is absolutely necessary, with those third parties that are involved in the processing of your order. For example, the financial institution that issued your credit card, or the delivery service provider.

AUTOMATIC COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

DATA RETENTION TIME

Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
